Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for eligible physical products. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Digital products and ebooks
Many products sold by MarisMight are digital products, including ebooks and downloadable resources. Because digital products are available for immediate access or download, all sales of digital products are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once access or download has been provided.
If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product, receive an incorrect file, or believe there was an error with your order, contact us at info@marismight.com. We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate solution.
Physical-product returns
To be eligible for a return of a physical item, it must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@marismight.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, defects, and incorrect items
Please inspect physical items when they arrive. Contact us immediately at info@marismight.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital products, ebooks, and downloadable resources after access or download
- Perishable goods
- Personal-care goods
- Custom, personalized, or special-order products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different size, color, or item is to return the eligible physical item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may have a statutory right to cancel or return eligible physical merchandise within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable law. Returned physical items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For digital content, the right to cancel may end once you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you may lose the right to withdraw after access or download begins, where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect an eligible returned physical item and let you know whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund.
